Job summary
We are seeking smart, confident, and goal-driven NYSC Corp Members to join our team as a Telesales Intern. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients over the phone, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into active customers.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
Requirements:
- Currently serving NYSC member (Corps members only)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good phone etiquette and confidence when speaking with customers
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
