Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
- Present and explain products or services clearly to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and convert leads into qualified prospects or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
