Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generates card reports and communicates to frontlines daily.
  • Ensures and monitors deployment of Instant card printers, ribbons, plastic cards, etc. to branches.
  • Daily tracking of card Issuance to customers.
  • Works with contact center in ensuring that customers get contacted and mobilized for cards.
  • Timely analysis of customers’ behavior for ease of communication and engagement.
  • Daily Branch engagement on Printer Status for prompt resolution.
  • Daily monitoring of bulk files on the E-request platform for New to Bank customers
  • Follow up with the Legal department on the execution of Agreement deals
  • Advise branches on Cards “Awaiting Branch Receipt” status weekly.


Requirements:

  • Manages Cards Operations.
  • Provides input to the strategic decisions that affect the business.
  • Reports to the Head, cards.
  • Good understanding of the procedures and policies guiding the process.
