Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, aligning with curriculum standards and meeting diverse student needs.
- Instruction and Delivery: Teach students using various methods, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress, evaluating academic achievement and identifying areas for improvement.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and respectful classroom environment, managing student behavior and promoting social-emotional learning
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with parents, guardians, and colleagues to share student progress, coordinate instructional strategies, and support student needs.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices, technologies, and curriculum developments.
Requirements:
- Must have worked in a Montessori standardÂ
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a teacher
