Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Care for and educate a special needs child in a private household setting.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages the child to explore, learn, and grow.
- Develop and maintain open communication with parents to ensure children's progress, goals, and needs are met
- Manage the child's daily routines, including meals, homework, and activities, as needed.
- Foster a well-rounded education by incorporating creative arts, physical activity, and social skills development into the learning experience.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc degree in Childcare, Child Development, Special needs educator or a related field.
- Candidate must be a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Proven experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Montessori/EYFS certification with excellent teaching experience
- Willingness to homeschool
- Good manners and behavior
- Ability to groom and monitor children's well-being
- Smart and poised
- Age: 26-35 years
