Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
Collaborate with the other teams and departments for brand consistency and the overall success of the company or campaign.
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement (Following company rules and guidelines).
Responding to (or contacting who to) comments on each of the different accounts.
Responding to enquiries or customer service on social media (DM) or transfer to admin unit.
Analyse social media data and insights once a month to determine effective strategies and campaigns.
Running company social media advertising campaigns.
Suggest new features, strategies and ideas that can help improve the company's growth.
Take up other tasks as may be assigned by your manager or CEO
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
