Marketing and Growth Strategy Lead
Job summary
We are looking for a highly strategic Marketing & Strategy Lead to oversee and govern the company’s global marketing direction across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch operations. This is not a campaign execution role. The ideal candidate will own market positioning, messaging governance, launch sequencing, and exposure control across multiple countries and regions. This role is responsible for ensuring that all external communications align with product readiness, operational capacity, compliance standards, and long-term brand trust. You will work directly with the Founder and serve as the primary control layer between the platform and the external market.

Responsibilities:
Global Marketing Strategy:
- Define and manage the company’s global go-to-market strategy
- Ensure messaging accurately reflects verified platform capabilities
- Align market growth with operational readiness and scalability
Messaging & Brand Governance:
- Own and maintain a unified global messaging framework
- Ensure consistency across website, social media, influencer campaigns, product communications, and launch announcements
- Prevent unauthorized or inconsistent messaging
Market Rollout & Expansion:
- Define country rollout sequencing and expansion strategy
- Assess readiness before entering new markets
- Coordinate launch pacing across regions
Exposure & Growth Control:
- Monitor and control market exposure levels
- Prevent overexposure, misaligned growth, or unmanaged inbound demand
- Pause or adjust campaigns when operational, compliance, or product risks arise
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with product teams, compliance, operations, Influencer leadership and content and communications teams
- Ensure all external-facing activities align with approved strategy
Influencer & Content Oversight:
- Oversee influencer program governance and strategic direction
- Supervise execution teams without managing day-to-day operations directly
- Approve creative and messaging direction before release
Launch & Post-Launch Strategy:
- Monitor market behavior and adoption signals
- Adjust strategy based on real-time market feedback
- Protect long-term brand trust and positioning
Requirements:
- Experience leading global marketing or go-to-market strategy for SaaS, technology, AI, or enterprise platforms
- Strong strategic and governance mindset
- Experience managing brand positioning across multiple regions or markets
- Ability to make high-level decisions under pressure
- Strong understanding of operational scalability, risk management, and market readiness
- Comfortable working in highly structured and fast-moving environments
