Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote Bamigbe services to individuals, businesses, and corporate clients
- Drive user acquisition (drivers, vehicle owners, and customers)
- Conduct field marketing, activations, and promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and communities
- Represent Bamigbe at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly growth targets
- Provide market feedback and insights to improve service offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with Lagos or Abuja markets is a strong advantage
- Experience with digital platforms, ride-hailing, or logistics services is a plus
