Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for ethanol and agro-allied products.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new B2B market segments, focusing on chemical industries, FMCG raw materials, and industrial manufacturers.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Lead the business development lifecycle, from high-level prospecting and negotiation to long-term account management and retention.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and pricing shifts within the agro-industrial sector.
- Brand Management: Oversee the company’s brand positioning to ensure a consistent and professional image within the manufacturing and production environment.
- Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a result-oriented culture focused on hitting aggressive growth targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from the Ethanol, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Agro-allied industries.
- Deep understanding of Industrial/B2B marketing dynamics and manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, chemistry, or a related field.
- An MBA or a relevant professional marketing certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable marketing plans.
