Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Must be staying in surulere environs
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s mission and brand voice.
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok, with a focus on clean energy education, Brand visibility, project highlights, and community impact.
- Work closely with the technical and sales teams to translate complex solar solutions into simple, engaging posts for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor conversations, respond to inquiries, and actively engage with followers to build a strong online community.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends for opportunities and threats.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate ROI and optimize future campaigns.
- Stay informed about trends in renewable energy, sustainability, and digital marketing.
- Support content creation for campaigns, including visual assets and short videos.
- Support crisis communication and reputation management on digital channels when needed.
- Assist with managing paid ads and boosting key content as needed.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE Certificate
- 0-1 year experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva and social media management platforms (e.g. Buffer Hootsuite).
- Creative thinker with an eye for visual content and trends.
- Data-driven with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies.
- Understanding of graphic design principles
- Any professional certifications would be an added advantage
