Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Content and Design Teams to produce scroll-stopping campaigns.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analyze KPIs and report on ROI, engagement, growth trends, and opportunities.
• Stay on top of trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Build partnerships with influencers and collaborators to expand brand reach.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 1–2 years).
• Deep knowledge of major platforms (and what content works where).
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and agile.
• Passionate about trends, culture, and digital innovation.

Additional skills:

• Have basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut).
• Are experienced with paid social media campaigns.
• Have managed brand collaborations or influencer marketing initiatives.
