Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- A true social media enthusiast with experience in managing social media accounts, particularly for creative brands.
- Someone with an iPhone, ready to shoot and share high-quality content on the go.
- A creative mind with a knack for graphic design and experience with CanvaPro.
- A self-starter who’s familiar with running paid ads and can analyze performance metrics to drive results.
- A young and passionate individual who understands the latest trends and knows how to engage a digital audience.
- An experienced hand who can bring fresh ideas to the table and take our social media game to the next level.
- Proximity to Lagos Mainland is highly desired.
