We are looking for a creative, strategic, and analytical Social Media Expert to manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, understands audience engagement, and can turn brand goals into compelling content and campaigns that drive traffic, awareness, and conversions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, and reels) tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Manage social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, community engagement, lead generation, and sales.
  • Monitor SEO, web traffic, and engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, influence collaborations, and pay social advertising.
  • Ensure brand consistency in voice, messaging, and design across all platforms.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
