Job summary
We are seeking an detailed and proactive Site Officer/Runner who will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, managing deliveries and logistics, supporting quality control processes, and ensuring project timelines are met across various project sites.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities across project sites to ensure work is executed according to design specifications and project timelines.
- Monitor contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct routine site inspections and provide updates on project progress to the Project Manager and Design Team.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and best practices across project sites.
- Liaise with vendors, artisans, and suppliers to coordinate deliveries, installations, and site requirements.
- Coordinate the collection, dispatch, and delivery of materials, fittings, and accessories required for project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of items collected, delivered, or dispatched across project sites.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between the design team, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Document site progress with photographs, videos, and written updates for internal reporting and project tracking.
- Escalate delays, material shortages, or on-site challenges promptly to the Project Manager.
- Assist with quality control checks for furniture, fittings, and installations.
- Support inventory management and storage of materials and accessories across project sites.
- Assist with site preparation activities before client handover or project photoshoots.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Construction, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in procurement, construction, site supervision, interior design project execution, or a related role.
- Strong site coordination and supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, artisans, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
