We are looking to hire an Architect who will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. They work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to create functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet project requirements and comply with regulations.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budget constraints.
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve materials, construction methods, and project modifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Use architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools to create designs and models.
- Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Professional licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and drafting tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable and green building design.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000
