Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, events, and direct sales.
• Market and sell the company’s properties, land, apartments, and other real estate products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective buyers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, payment plans, and other sales documentation.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, clients, and sales activities.
• Use social media and other digital platforms to promote available properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective property campaigns and promotional materials.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.
• Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, networking events, and other promotional activities.
• Negotiate with clients within approved company guidelines and escalate special requests for management approval.
• Ensure proper documentation and completion of sales transactions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process and after-sales period.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide updates on leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and applicable real estate regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
