Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems, including but not limited to Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Firefighting, and other piping-related services.
• Prepare mechanical bills of engineering quantities and specification documents.
• Lead and supervise the implementation of mechanical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, installation methods, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical leadership by addressing installation-related queries and reviewing contractor submissions to ensure materials meet approval standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Attend project meetings, conduct site inspections, and verify adherence to mechanical design specifications.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contract agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• COREN certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and mechanical simulation software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and oversee projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
