Factory/Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sachet/pure water and bottled water production operations.
• Manage production staff, schedules, workflow, and performance.
• Monitor water treatment and production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC standards, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, staff, and operational records.
• Monitor raw materials, equipment, and production output to minimise waste and downtime.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of production equipment.
• Implement processes that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular production reports for management.

Requirements:

• HND in food science, microbiology, biochemistry, industrial chemistry, production management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a sachet/pure water and bottled water factory in Nigeria.
• Good knowledge of water treatment and production processes.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Good record-keeping, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of NAFDAC requirements, water production standards, and food/water hygiene is highly desirable.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, hands-on, and able to work effectively under pressure.
