We are seeking for an experienced Structured Office Cabling & ICT Infrastructure Engineer to provide in- house technical support for structured cabling, fibre optic, network infrastructure and related ICT infrastructure works.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support structured office cabling and fibre optic installation works.
- Confirm quality of copper and fibre terminations, rack installations, and cable management.
- Coordinate and participate in testing, troubleshooting, and certification of UTP and fibre optic systems.
- Work with technicians and subcontractors and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Review site installations, identify defects/non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Support site surveys, BOQ verification, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Carry out installation and maintenance of racks, patch panels, cable trays, telecom infrastructure, and associated equipment.
- Ensure proper project close-out, testing records, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in structured office cabling, fibre optics or ICT infrastructure, with supervisory experience.
- Graduate of engineering or any numerical science
- Strong practical knowledge of Cat6/Cat6A, fibre optic cabling, patch panels, racks, and cable management.
- Hands-on experience with OTDR, fibre power meters, and copper cable certification testers.
- Ability to read drawings, understand technical specifications, and inspect workmanship.
- Knowledge of TIA/BICSI and other applicable structured office cabling standards.
- Experience working on major commercial, industrial, oil & gas, or energy projects is an advantage.
