Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Secretary to perform administrative tasks as well as organize the office. The Secretary would be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and scheduling meetings. To be successful as a Secretary, you must be able to multitask.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minuted
  • Maintaining effective records and administration
  • Upholding the legal requirements of governing documents, charity law, company law etc (where relevant).
  • Communication and correspondence
  • Using Corel Draw for logo and designs
  • Using MS Word application for document processing

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least an OND/NCE Sec Admin
  • 2-3 years working experience
  • Ability to use Excel, Corel Draw, MS Word, and other Microsoft office tools efficiently and effectively
