Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Secretary to perform administrative tasks as well as organize the office. The Secretary would be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and scheduling meetings. To be successful as a Secretary, you must be able to multitask.

- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Responsibilities
- Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minuted
- Maintaining effective records and administration
- Upholding the legal requirements of governing documents, charity law, company law etc (where relevant).
- Communication and correspondence
- Using Corel Draw for logo and designs
- Using MS Word application for document processing
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least an OND/NCE Sec Admin
- 2-3 years working experience
- Ability to use Excel, Corel Draw, MS Word, and other Microsoft office tools efficiently and effectively
