Responsibilities:

Teaching & Instruction:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons.
• Use diverse instructional methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.

Curriculum & Academic Development:

• Develop and update course materials and syllabi in line with educational standards.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lesson plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum effectiveness.

Student Support & Mentorship:

• Guide students in their academic and professional growth.
• Provide counseling and support to students facing challenges.
• Encourage student participation in extracurricular and research activities.

Administrative & Professional Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Participate in departmental and faculty meetings.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Assist in organizing school events, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Art and Commercial subjects.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Proficiency in technology and digital learning tools.
