Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for teaching Primary 2 and Nursery 1.
• Establishing a developmentally appropriate, positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that is conducive to learning.
• Advancing positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers and students
• Create and deliver tailored lesson plans and study materials based on the student's learning styles and needs.
• Review and reinforce core concepts, answer questions, and clarify doubts related to the subject matter.
• Assess students' progress through regular quizzes, tests, and mock exams, providing constructive feedback.
• Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance students' understanding and performance.
• Keep up-to-date with curriculum changes and exam requirements to ensure accurate and relevant instruction.
• Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians regarding progress, goals, and strategies.
• Maintain records of each student's progress, attendance, and performance in tutoring sessions

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of BEd in any related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Must understand British/American curriculum.
• This position is preferably open to female candidates

Work Schedule:

• 9 am to 3 pm.
• Mondays to Friday

Location: Must reside within Lekki and Ajah, preferably Orchid Road and its environs.
