Our client is looking to hire a new principal/ Head of School to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our learners. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operation

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed
- Ensure standard quality education and performance of learning and teaching.
- Coordinates and directs school activities.
- Meeting and listening to the concerns of learners on a regular basis.
- Inculcating and enforcing discipline in the school.
- Taking a giant stride to ensure the implementation of the mission and vision of the school.
- Implement school policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
- Minimum academic qualification of BA/ Bsc/ Bed/ PGDE, masters degree is an added advantage.
- Must have great presentation and communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to coach and inspire.
- Must be a good team player.
- Must be proactive and willing to take up new challenges.
- Must possess excellent writing skills.
- Must be computer and digitally literate.
- Between ages 40 and 45.
- Must be available at all times.
- Must be a strategist and a problem solver
