Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients (e.g., restaurants, hotels, caterers, retailers, corporate offices).
- Promote MYFoodAngels’ products and services to existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product information to clients.
- Use the company’s SEO system to record customer details, sales orders, invoices, and follow-up activities accurately.
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
- Represent MYFoodAngels professionally at client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
