Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends
- Ensure timely deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy
- Handle collections and manage debtor accounts
- Prepare and submit regular sales and inventory reports
- Resolve customer complaints and report feedback to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in a relevant field
- Proven sales experience in FMCG or related industry
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Target-driven with strong relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of inventory and sales reporting
- Proactive with good market analysis skills
