We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-orientated client service officer to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, presenting and demonstrating products, and ensuring customers have an excellent shopping experience that leads to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present, explain, and demonstrate products available in the showroom.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Ensure all products are properly arranged, clean, and well-displayed at all times.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability details.
- Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in promoting ongoing offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging and convincing customers.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment.
- Must reside in Lagos and be able to commute to Ikeja.
