Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or end users.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when possible.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Visit existing clients regularly to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Market Development
- Identify potential new markets within assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Support marketing promotions, trade shows, and field activations.
Territory Management
- Plan daily and weekly routes for customer visits.
- Ensure visibility, proper display, and availability of products.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Reporting
- Prepare daily or weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Update customer records and sales pipelines.
