Sales Representative
Job summary
We are seeking qualified sales representatives to sell the products and services that we are providing. The sales representative should have a strong understanding of the two-way radio industry and the sales process, excelling at generating leads and being responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Sales representatives will oversee penetrating a specific industry, client, or geographic area. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales representative be personable and professional. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- A minimum of an HND or equivalent
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Ability to balance persuasion and professionalism
Remuneration: NGN 250,000.00 Monthly
- Transportation & feeding Allowance: NGN100,000.00 per month
- Sales Commission: 3% per each terminal sold
- Sales Commission: 3% flat on monthly airtime per terminal
- Sales Target: 30 subscribers per month
- Sales Commission Below Target: 1.5% per terminal sold
- A vehicle and a driver will be provided for movement between the working hours of 9am - 4pm
