Job summary

<p>The Online Sales Officers will conduct So Fresh’s retail activities exclusively online. This involves serving customers by providing product and service information, resolving customers’ concerns and complaints, obtaining feedback, and ensuring sales are closed at the stipulated time.</p>

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the online retail store at So Fresh.
  • Monitor all online orders via social media platforms, email and website.
  • Properly process all online orders via social media platforms and the website, and send them to the corresponding personnel.
  • Manage the front end of the So Fresh website to manage sales.
  • Intermittently check all So Fresh social media handles to respond to customers promptly.
  • Liaise with customers to follow up on the resolution of complaints or clarification of orders made.
  • Document customer complaints, resolutions, and root causes if possible.
  • Stay abreast of all So Fresh posts on all social media platforms per time.
  • Promptly respond to customers’ comments, direct messages, enquiries, emails, and complaints in an appropriate manner.
  • Utilise the online sales channel to advance the company’s sales agenda.
  • Perform data analysis of key metrics and related sales targets via the website, social media, email, etc.
  • Prepare a report on the effectiveness of marketing communications across all channels.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.SC, HND certificate in a relevant field.
  • 1 -3 years’ experience in helpdesk/customer service/online sales in the food industry.
  • Experience with B2C sales on social media and website.
  • Working knowledge of customer service principles & practices.
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis and on weekends.
  • Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
  • Computer literacy is highly required.
  • Candidate must live close to the desired work location: Opebi, Ikeja.


Location: Opebi, Ikeja (Onsite).


 

Benefits:

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
