Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), networking events, and referrals.
- Visit potential and existing clients (businesses, schools, churches, event planners, agencies, corporate offices, etc.) to understand their printing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional quotations, proposals, mock-ups, and cost breakdowns quickly and accurately.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines to close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and upsell additional services (e.g., design upgrades, bulk orders, finishing options).
- Follow up on all leads, quotes, and orders to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the production/design team to ensure client specifications are met, and jobs are delivered on time.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools (or Excel/Google Sheets if no CRM).
- Stay updated on industry trends, new printing technologies, materials, and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
