Sales & Marketing Executive
Job summary
Yankees Foods and Beverages Ltd is seeking energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to drive the growth and distribution of Yankees Zobo Drink across Lagos and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors, and increasing market penetration for our beverage products.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Yankees Zobo Drink to supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors and bulk buyers.
- Ensure product visibility in stores and retail locations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to retailers and wholesalers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Work with management to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or retail distribution.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Lagos markets and distribution channels.
- Must be energetic, proactive, and customer-focused.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 120,000 Monthly
Commission: 3% – 5% of sales generated
Performance Bonus: NGN 20,000 – 50,000 Monthly when targets are exceeded
