Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, tractors, crushers, etc.).
- Identify and close new business opportunities across EPCs, contractors, and government agencies.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closure and after-sales follow-up.
- Conduct market research and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Strengthen client relationships and support product demos, presentations, and trade events.
- Collaborate with service, parts, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Sales, or related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
- 7+ years of proven experience selling heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
- Strong B2B sales capability with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Solid network within EPC, construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and market understanding.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Leadership ability and willingness to travel.
- Valid driver’s license required.
