Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive & Property Consultant to drive property sales, advise clients on investment opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships. This role combines the responsibilities of sales and property consulting, ensuring clients receive expert guidance while maximising revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on investment, sales, and rental property opportunities
- Convert qualified leads into closed sales
- Conduct property inspections, client presentations, and site visits
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media teams for lead follow-ups
- Track and report sales performance, targets, and market trends
- Conduct presentations, inspections, and property marketing activities
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in property sales, insurance, or investment banking
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
