Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive & Property Consultant to drive property sales, advise clients on investment opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships. This role combines the responsibilities of sales and property consulting, ensuring clients receive expert guidance while maximising revenue.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on investment, sales, and rental property opportunities
  • Convert qualified leads into closed sales
  • Conduct property inspections, client presentations, and site visits
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media teams for lead follow-ups
  • Track and report sales performance, targets, and market trends
  • Conduct presentations, inspections, and property marketing activities
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Work independently with minimal supervision


Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in property sales, insurance, or investment banking
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client management skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
