Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Personnel to drive growth and expand market presence for a range of electronic appliances. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both B2B and B2C sales, along with strong distribution and channel management expertise.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales growth across assigned territories
- Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Distribution & Channel Management:
- Expand and manage the distribution network
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure target achievement
- Support partners with pricing, product knowledge, and promotions
- Ensure product availability and market penetration
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Provide insights on customer needs and product performance
- Recommend strategies to improve market share
Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee order processing, delivery, and payment collection
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales (preferably electronics/appliances)
- Strong B2B and B2C sales experience
- Proven track record in distribution and channel management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be based in Benin City
Remuneration: NGN350,000 - 400,000 monthly
