Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Personnel to drive growth and expand market presence for a range of electronic appliances. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both B2B and B2C sales, along with strong distribution and channel management expertise.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales growth across assigned territories
  • Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships


Distribution & Channel Management:

  • Expand and manage the distribution network
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure target achievement
  • Support partners with pricing, product knowledge, and promotions
  • Ensure product availability and market penetration


Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
  • Provide insights on customer needs and product performance
  • Recommend strategies to improve market share


Operations & Reporting:

  • Oversee order processing, delivery, and payment collection
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams


Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in a relevant discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales (preferably electronics/appliances)
  • Strong B2B and B2C sales experience
  • Proven track record in distribution and channel management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be based in Benin City


Remuneration: NGN350,000 - 400,000 monthly
