Own OneWallet distribution and performance: aggregator recruitment, training, target management, activation discipline, repayment culture enforcement, and field fraud prevention.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage aggregators/agents (onboarding, training, performance)
- Set weekly activation targets and tracking
- Enforce operational standards: verification, documentation, activation rules
- Create field SOPs and enforcement: sanctions, clawbacks, removals
- Coordinate with Credit Ops and Collections on escalations and recoveries
- Produce performance dashboards: activations, repayment behaviour, field issues
Requirements
- 5+ years leading field sales/agent networks in Nigeria
- BSc/HND/OND in Business/Admin/Marketing or related discipline
- Proven track record of hitting targets with accountability \
- Strong leadership, negotiation and discipline in field environments
- Comfortable with structured reporting and enforcement
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in agency banking, device financing, FMCG 8 route-to-market, or lending distribution
- Experience designing incentive models and controlling agent fraud
