Responsibilities:
Sales Team Management:
- Supervise all online Sales Reps and Sales Closers
- Assign leads to sales reps daily
- Monitor response time, follow-up quality, and closing performance
- Step in to follow up with customers abandoned or delayed by sales reps
- Ensure sales reps follow scripts, pricing, and company policies
Lead Management & Follow-Up:
- Manage all online leads from:
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- Websites & landing pages
- Social media inquiries
- Ensure 100% of leads are contacted
- Track lead stages (new, contacted, interested, closed, abandoned)
Sales Closing & Revenue Growth:
- Support sales reps to close difficult or high-value leads
- Personally handle high-value customers when required
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved
Customer Retention & Relationship Management:
- Design and execute customer retention systems:
- Products buyers list
- Distributor registration list
- Contract manufacturing clients list
- Ensure every customer is added to the correct follow-up list
Structured Customer Follow-Up System:
- Day 2: Appreciation message after purchase
- Day 7: Product usage or service follow-up
- Day 10: Discount or incentive for repeat purchase
- Ongoing: Periodic check-ins and promotional updates
Reporting & Accountability:
- Submit daily sales performance reports
- Submit weekly sales summary reports
- Submit monthly revenue and retention analysis
- Report sales activities to Head of Sales & Marketing/CEO
Requirements:
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Sales or CRM certifications are an added advantage
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales
- At least 2 years managing a sales team
- Experience in online sales, call closing, or lead conversion
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Sales closing expertise
- CRM and lead management experience
- Communication and persuasion skills
- Customer relationship management
- Reporting and data analysis
- Ability to work under pressure
