Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and individuals
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Conduct venue tours, prepare customized proposals, and close deals
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or event center industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong knowledge of the local market and event industry landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
