Job summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and building strong client relationships across UBACLE GROUP’s sectors (solar energy, oil & gas, LNG, logistics, and related services). This role demands aggressive execution, strong negotiation skills, and a clear focus on results.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Actively sell UBACLE’s solutions (solar systems, energy financing, LNG solutions, logistics services, etc.).
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Implement sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Deal Negotiation & Closing:
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Follow up aggressively to ensure deal closure.
Reporting & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Track performance against KPIs.
Market Intelligence:
- Identify new markets (e.g., manufacturing, oil & gas firms, real estate developers).
- Provide insights to management for product/service improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in energy, oil & gas, or B2B sectors
- Strong understanding of corporate sales and negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented
