Job summary
The Sales Executive (Real Estate) is responsible for driving property and land sales, managing client relationships, and achieving individual revenue targets through proactive prospecting, effective negotiation, and disciplined use of the CRM system.

- Revenue Generation: Must be able to generate revenue for the company by sales and marketing of company products.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and marketing leads.
- Client Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
- Property Presentations: Conduct professional property tours, presentations, and site inspections.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms with clients and close sales in line with company policies.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and update all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow-up & Relationship Management: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Documentation Support: Assist clients with required sales documentation and payment processes.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about property trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on leads, pipeline, and sales performance to the Head of Sales
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property marketing, or investment advisory.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with property documentation, land titles, and transaction processes.
