Job summary
Our client, a well-known real estate group in Abuja, is seeking a dynamic, target-driven sales executive with 2+ years of experience, including significant time in real estate sales positions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in new sales opportunities, cold calling, networking, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell real estate properties using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Conduct property inspections, site visits, and showings to interested clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, developments, and best practices.
- Ensure all paperwork and legal documentation related to property sales are completed accurately and on time.
- Represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely physical allocation and handover of plots.
Requirements:
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales, marketing
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the Nigerian real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
