Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the territory.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers.
- Maintain and grow strong business relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and competitive pricing.
- Execute promotional and in-market activation activities to drive sales volume and brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence and insights.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Must currently reside in or be very familiar with Aba.
- Proven experience in beverage or FMCG sales is required.
- Minimum qualification of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage territories effectively, and consistently meet sales targets.
