Sales Executive
Job summary
We’re looking for a proactive, target driven and results oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth. You will be required to sell enterprise IT solutions to corporate and institutional clients. This role is target-driven and requires experience selling technology solution
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to develop winning solutions and proposals.
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Deliver end-to-end sales from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing sales deals.
- Attend client meetings, product demos, and industry events as required.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and produce timely sales performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in IT or tech-related services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, or security solutions (technical aptitude required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office;
- Ability to produce professional proposals and commercial terms.
- Existing network in financial services, telecoms, government, or large corporate accounts
- Experience selling integrated solutions (hardware + software + services).
