We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at a leading Bulk Sugar Trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with high-volume sugar buyers, such as manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the bulk sugar market, focusing on high-volume consumers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and customer needs to develop competitive sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Meeting sales targets: Achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Sales Planning & Reporting: Develop and execute sales plans, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
