Sales Executive
Job summary
As a Sales Executive at House of Molake, you will drive business growth by identifying and securing new B2C clients across the fashion and garment manufacturing sectors. You will manage customer relationships, provide expert technical consultations on our premium sewing machinery and accessories, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2C clients within the fashion, tailoring, and garment manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase industrial and domestic sewing equipment solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion designers, tailors, garment producers, and production managers.
- Provide expert product consultations and recommend equipment tailored to clients' operational needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and quotations to maximise conversion rates.
- Coordinate order processing, equipment delivery, and installation timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and customer account information.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support and customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfilment of customer requirements and timely resolution of issues.
- Meet monthly revenue targets, and deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure high customer retention and long-term brand loyalty
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience.
