Job summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing sales transactions. The role requires a target-driven professional with strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of the real estate market. The Sales Executive will contribute directly to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Follow up on inquiries from property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and database of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand clients’ property needs, budget, and preferences.
- Provide professional advisory services on available properties and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Property Marketing & Presentation:
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with prospective clients.
- Present property features, pricing structures, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients and management.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, including offer letters and agreements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales transactions.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demand.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate client documentation and KYC compliance.
- Liaise with legal and administrative teams to verify property titles and transaction documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/ OND/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
- minimum of two years of proven experience in sales within the real estate development industry, with a strong focus on selling houses.
- Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the real estate market.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation (C of O, Deed of Assignment, Governor’s Consent, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Monthly sales revenue
- Number of closed deals
- Lead conversion rate
- Client acquisition and retention rate
