Sales Executive
Job summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, generating qualified leads, and closing real estate transactions for Bankz Homes Global Limited. The role requires active client engagement and effective negotiation to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate must be live in Lagos and a close proximity to Lekki Phase 1.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Market and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through direct marketing and referrals
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms in line with company policy
- Close sales transactions and ensure timely documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inspections, and sales progress
- Provide market feedback and client insights to management
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
- At least 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Must reside in or close to Lekki Phase 1
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
