Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate management or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and property laws (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
