The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging high-value prospects, conducting consultative sales engagements, and closing service contracts with corporate clients, residential estates, and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage high-value prospects, including corporate organizations, residential estates, hotels, and commercial properties.
- Conduct consultative sales engagements, including on-site assessments, to understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic positioning and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
- Good understanding of the Lagos corporate and real estate environment.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Lagos for client meetings.
- Experience in service-based industries such as security, banking, insurance, or FMCG is an added advantage.
- Existing corporate or estate management contacts within Lagos is an added advantage.
Renumeration: NGN 200,000 monthly + commission (Negotiable)
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Work Mode: Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
