Sales Executive
Job summary
We seek a professional, customer-focused, and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the showroom, attend to walk-in clients, assist customers with furniture selection, maintain an excellent showroom environment, and achieve sales targets while delivering a premium client experience.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to walk-in clients in the showroom, providing detailed information about furniture collections and materials.
- Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities through client inquiries and referrals.
- Present and recommend suitable furniture pieces based on the client's needs and space requirements.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organised, and maintained in top condition at all times.
- Process and record customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and maintain proper sales records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Retail Sales Associate, or Showroom Sales Executive.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage showroom operations independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in furniture, interior design, or luxury retail sales is an advantage.
