Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through social media, referrals, cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.
  • Client Engagement: Build genuine relationships with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their needs and guiding them toward the right property solutions.
  • Deal Closure: Drive prospects through the sales funnel, from first contact to signed agreement — with confidence, persistence, and professionalism.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct compelling property tours and presentations that highlight value and move clients toward a buying decision.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active, well-documented sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activity and progress.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on Yemsays' listings, pricing, and competitors to position properties effectively in the market.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to align efforts and maximize results.

Requirements:
  • Passionate about sales and motivated by targets and results.
  • Excellent communicator, confident on the phone, via DM, and in person.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work without being micromanaged.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or marketing is an advantage, but not required.
  • Active on social media and comfortable using digital tools for prospecting.
  • Resilient, coachable, and committed to continuous growth.
  • Must reside in Ajah or its environs (Sangotedo, Ogombo, Abraham Adesanya, Lekki, Ibeju-Lekki axis). Only candidates within this axis will be considered.
